It was perfect and professional

The funeral director and his son were disrespectful, boastful and insensitive. A funeral is not "comedy hour". Nor should family members be given details of how their loved one may have suffered. Nor should they disclose (even brag) about how they profit on the death of your loved one. Terrible. Shame on them.
