Great service deserves a great review. We called Kinzels for an arrangement for a funeral of a family member. I live in Southern Indiana, and prospected Kinzels in Alton based on their position on Google, their good rating and the overwhelming amount of positive reviews. When I called, Jeff handled everything from the hello to the thank you with outstanding customer service. His suggestions for the arrangement were spot on and within budget. When we arrived in town on the day of the funeral, the family was very complimentary of the arrangement....to the point of using it on the alter of the funeral mass! As mentioned, great service deserves a great review. Kinzels was an outstanding experience for me and my family. And I would refer anyone to use them as well. Thank You!

Jeff and his staff are the best in the area for floral arrangments. My husband had known Jeff for years and always use his shop. Anytime I ordered something for work everyone always ask where and who did the arrangment. When Wayne passed I would only trust Jeff to make the best arrangment for him.

I ordered my flowers for my future daughter-in-law for a surprise birthday party. I ordered online through a different company and Kinsey received and filled my order. I ordered purple flowers and received pinks and dark reds. I was told they didn't have the correct colors so they substituted without calling me even though they had my phone number. I also requested they be delivered on Sunday and was never told they didn't deliver then. I will make sure to never use them again either the online company or Kinzel.

I called and placed an arrangement I found online. I gave the item number and was informed some of the flowers they did not have. I was bummed but ok with with they had suggested as a substitute. The flowers were delivered and looked like they were for a funeral. Flowers of a different color were added and a bow. I specifically picked out an arrangement without a bow. I called and to let them know at the arrangment sent was pretty but not what was discussed. They offered to pick up the arrangment, but said no as that is embarrassing. Although I appreciate them trying to give me the most for my money, this is not what I ordered. The lady ended the call with saying if the arrangement was pretty and your friend likes them, then why am I calling. Hmm really? Because of that comment is why I gave 2 stars.

I have been a Kinzel customer since 1979. I recently ordered flowers for family out of town.They worked with another florist and got a beautiful bouquet for a reasonable price,the same day !
