I was checking out & accidentally left my phone on the counter. It took me about an hour to realize it. When I called, the cashier had placed my phone in a drawer for me!! Honesty is very rare & I'm so thankful they were! The store is always really clean & organized as well!

Kirkland's customer service is very horrible, especially on the phone. They don't listen to the customer and just keep repeat and repeat the same words. horrible,, I do not know how they do it in store, but on the phone,, very very rude
