We stated here for the indoor heated pool. I have a 4 year old and he was exceedingly excited about he and his nana swimming together. They closed the pool for maintenance as we walked in, and assured us they would reopen it quickly. They opened it as we checked out! We would have left, gone to another hotel to be able to swim , but for their assurances we stayed. My son was so disappointed. We will never revisit these facilities.

Great hotel and staff. It included a pool and a wonderful bar and restaurant on the premises. It is in a great location in the area and surrounded by many of different attractions. Many places to shop and eat around at.

Very clean! All staff polite and kind. Restaurant beautiful and clean! Have stayed on several occasions and will continue to. Thank you Kirkley for a comfortable bed with awesome bedding!

It's just a regular hotel with the same type of service like any other 2 or 3 star hotel. That's it nothing special but a jacked up price.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and has amazingly courteous staff. It has all the amenities, and the Great Room restaurant inside is extraordinarily good!!!
The only downside I can think of is that the hotel is so great that I had a hard time wanting to leave it and actually explore the city.
