The complementary breakfast in the historic Kirkwood house is exceptional. The rooms are tasteful and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have stayed here several times while visiting Kings Island, which is a convenient five minute drive. I have never had a bad experience here and would highly recommend.

The rooms here may be slightly dated,  but are very plush.  Each room has an ihome for an alarm clock, fridge, and bed bath and beyond. The towels are all folded in a very fancy shapes.  The breakfast is world class in the beautiful, historic Kirkwood house. Definitely worth the 80 bucks a night.

The room was very nice and the jacuzzi was awesome to relax in. The fireplace was nice too. In the morning, the breakfast was nice and hot and delicious. With a convenient location, it was a nice getaway for a night.

Nice place and very clean. The owner was really sweet and moved us to a room with a pillowtop bed when I told her he had a rough night sleeping due to neck and back issues.  The breakfast is amazing.

I enjoyed my stay for the most part. Everyone was friendly,and the room was nice an clean. But the breakfast was lacking an the vending machine wasn't working.
