We have rescued more than 40-dogs in the last 25-years. We had an exceptional vet in Cincinnati who was at one point President of the Ohio Vet Assoc. We were concerned about moving to Cleveland expecting it to hard to replace such an exceptional vet. Joel Percival at Kirtland and Big Creek exceeds our expectations. He has done a wide variety of procedures on our large pack and performed better than any vet we have utilized. To the best of our ability no one touches our dogs other than Joel no matter which of his locations he is at on a given day. His medical knowledge is masterful and all of our dogs get excited when it's time to see Dr Joel. We have Newfies and have had small toys. No matter the variables Joel resolves the situation.

The staff was wonderful and so helpful. They treated my cat in such a way that it was obvious they truly care for animals. Dr Mark answered all the questions I had and was very knowledgeable. My little kitty will only be going to Kirtland vet hospital from now on.

Kirtland Veterinary Hospital is the BEST place to take your pets! The vet doctor's are really, really good! And the vet assistance are just as good! The Receptionists? Their WONDERFUL!!  You can't find a BETTER pet hospital than Kirtland Veterinary Hospital Anywhere!  They are the most Wonderful/Best people you'll ever know!  ( I wouldn't go anywhere else! 😁😉😉 )

A few not all of the front desk staff could use some people skills. The Veterinarian's are amazing, kind and well versed in people and pets.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with everyone. Dr’s and the entire staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
