Been living in KJC Properties apartments for about 5 months now and have to say I love it here. Very friendly staff and very prompt on getting any issues fixed in a timely manner. Apartments are clean and laid out very well. I recommend anyone who is looking for a new place to live to check It out. They offer 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.

Awesome home, love our nieghbors. KJC couldnt have built our home any closer to our taste. Qaulity meets all wants. Great home in great nieghborhood.

Have rented twice from KJC now. The first time we were in a bad wreck and ended up out of state with family, they were very considerate and gave us plenty of time to get our belongings in storage.  We came back to Berea looking for a place and within weeks they had us a wonderful place to rent.  Very family oriented business and always make sure rentals are taken care of.

They are nice, but really really lack in making repairs in a timely manner.

I didn't get to tour the property
