KKA Real Estate - Mold in apartment bathrooms, broken windows, cracks, leaks, mold in floors, broken a/c's.  These are found in the apartments Chris Dizmang rents.  He informs tenants that if he makes repairs, he will raise their rent. He has told tenants, if they turn him in, he will evict them.  These are less fortunate people whom he knows can't afford to move and have no other place to go.  His office posts numerous posters and pics of Christian ways.  But he does not practice them with his tenants.  Very sad.  This person is a slum lord and needs to be put out of business.  If I could give a review with zero stars I would.
