Terrible experience with J.V. Merendo and his boss Mr. Klacik, who didn't care at all about Merendo actions and behavior at all. Merando is not only a person who you should  not trust AT ALL to sale your house. what happened here was awful.  he start  selling the property at one price, then he lowered the price substantial promising to sell it at that price. then he asked for put more money into the house to be able to "sell" the house under a "land contract" which is not good for the sellers perspective at all, but he provide misleading information to get into that contract. 
He  stated he has a construction company as well in his portoflio where he has a professional doing the work and that he guarantee the work and all. Bottom line he installed a supposedly "brand new furnance" which results it is not brand new (no warranty and manuals provided), the "professional" installing the furnace was a handyman guy, not a REAL licensed contractor. Bottom line the furnace BTU was the WRONG ONE for the size of the house, too big then it will cause problems constantly. on top of that the installation was completely done wrong: no filter compartment  and no new filter (missing) to install, no new thermostat ( an the old one that didn't work not connected),gas connections wrong so the gas company refused to provide gas for safety issues. and the list goes on and on. Bottom line the over cost to repair all this is $800 USD and he didn't even care about refunding the money or answering the phone. He is a 100%  harasser, not trust worthy at all person who will take your money and run away.
