I was behind one of their trucks and it threw a rock and put a large chip in my windshield. I fortunately was able to get pictures on the freeway and called within minutes. They told me to not call the police because they have an internal department that covers those things. I sent pictures and filled out their claim form and they took 5 weeks to tell me that it wasn't their fault it was just a rock. If they told me sooner then I might have been able to fix it but it has since spread and now I will have to replace it. They have been rude and I had to do all the calls as they wanted me to just go away. They are a very large construction company treated me like I just didn't matter. This is just an awful time of year to come up with extra money for something that wasn't my fault even though he said it was. This is a company which is owned by a women but men seem to make the decisions.
