I've only had shirts done at Kleen, but based upon my own experiences, I could not in good conscious recommend them to anyone. To me, there are certain fundamentals in the proper laundering and pressing of a shirt, chief among them is a well pressed collar. Kleen consistently presses the collar so that it doesn't fold on its design point, leaving the back of the collar raised well above where it belongs. On casual shirts, this is an annoyance and results in a lousy looking shirt from the rear. On dress shirts, it makes it impossible to wear a tie without the tie showing from under the collar. I've complained numerous times, without any improvement. If you bring the shirts back with your next laundry drop-off, they refuse to take any action, because they only provide a 2 day guarantee. Finally, I took all the shirts apart at pickup to inspect the collars before leaving the store, and sent the worst 3 back for reprocessing (although I could've sent most of the 10 back). First, they double the amount of time for processing to 2 weeks, as though it's your fault they need to be redone, and worse yet, when you get them back, they're still not right. I've had shirts professionally laundered for at least the past 45 years in other states and cities, and never have I repeatedly had problems like this. Also, instead of using modern bar codes affixed to each shirt on the tail, they manually enter each shirt with all sorts of data, resulting in long drop-off and pickup times, especially if there happen to be 1 or 2 people in line ahead of you. I'm going elsewhere in the future.

I have dealt with Kleen for many years since they are the only dry-cleaners in the area. Dealing with them has never been pleasant, they get the job done and customer service was unfriendly at best. I didn't think that dealing with them could made worse - but they have succeeded in being even more unpleasant. I went in recently after not going in for a while and was immediately hit over the head with news that there are new owners and everything has changed. The lady went on to carp about the new rules and related all of the new rules to me like I was a two year old. She informed me that the old owners sold the business because it was losing money...how on earth do you lose money when you are basically a dry-cleaning monopoly in this area?? Oh right, because their customer service sucked! Well apparently the new owners haven't learned anything from the old owners' mistakes, as customer service is still an obvious unknown to them. Oh, and according to the unhappy attendant - don't leave anything over 30 days, as they will basically donate the items without calling to remind you that your items are taking up their precious space. If you're like me and you must use them for dry-cleaning, lower your expectations, expect to be treated like a two year old, and expect extremely poor customer service and you'll be fine. With those lowered expectations - they will meet your expectations every time!

Laundromats are similar everywhere, but this was one of the cleaner, better, friendlier ones. I didn't mind spending what felt like half my life in there, doing laundry.

If you like machines that don't work , which also don't give your money back for not working. Ontop of a very dirty atmosphere. Washers that smell terrible and never cleaned. This is the place for you. It only stays in business because it's location convenient to shopping . This is what happens when a junky chooses heroin over a successful business. I'll never go here again.

Self service facilities functional but old. Place is grim. Staff gruff and unhelpful, just doing the minimum job between deciding what to order for lunch. Dry clean and wash and fold service is slow and disorganized.
