Stopped by today while evacuating from Savannah area due to Hurricane Irma.  Another army wife and myself had 3 kids under 5 and a dog we were trying to feed before getting back on the road.  We sat on the curb in front of the business to eat (we did not park in designated cleaner parking).  The manager came out and said people would be parking there.  We explained it would only be 5 minutes and that we were evacuating but she didn't care at all.  We moved back from the curb on to the sidewalk so customers could park (no one in site and many spots all empty).  An employee then came out and said we couldn't eat in front of the business.  This experience was completely disheartening.  I even explained we were doing the best we could in the situation (not to mention husband is deployed).  Compassion can go a long way and unfortunately this negative experience has impacted our journey at an already stressful time.  I highly recommend relooking at priorities and customer service.   Every individual you meet has the potential to be a loyal customer.

Why can't I give zero stars? That should be an option. 

While running my usual Saturday errands, I stopped at Chick-fil-A on Augusta Road to grab a quick sandwich. One of my errands is dropping off a few articles of clothing that I would like to have cleaned and one that needs to be altered, so I planned to use this establishment because they are close. I have them in the back of my black Lexus SUV. I got my sandwich and pulled into a one of the four EMPTY parking spots in front of "Kare Kleeners" and proceeded to eat my sandwich before bringing my things inside. I got about halfway through when an older woman on a cell phone popped her head out the door and began pointing at the sign that says "customer parking only." Well... that's what I would have been, but certainly not anymore. I understand you having to have signs to keep away the overflow of the businesses that are actually successful in that strip mall, but come on. Share the love. I'll be sharing the love (and my business) with a dry cleaner that isn't run by snotty jerks. And I'll be sure to share this information with everyone in my office as well.

EDIT: Judging by the 5 one-star reviews you have, looks like taking my business elsewhere is definitely my best option. Seriously, y'all can't even log into your own Google accounts and give yourself some five-star reviews so you don't look so horrible? This place will fold for sure.

Very unprofessional. Staff is rude. There is an uppitty, snotty old hag who works there. They will tell you the one price on the phone and a much higher amount when you go to pay. Ruined a few of my dress shirts by shrinking them. I'm done with this place. Don't do business with them. As you can see, they only have ONE-STAR reviews. That should tell you something.

And if any of you fossils who own this dump are tech-savvy enough to actually read these google reviews one day, please note that "Anthony Kelly" is just my alias Google account. I use it on the rare occasion that I have to write a scathing (but necessary) review of a place unfit for my hard-earned money... or anyone else's.

I've been a long-term customer and  had overlooked little problems overtime. Just a few weeks ago I took them a $60 shirt that was less than three months old and they cut the collar.  I did complain about that and asked to be reimbursed for the shirt. I was turned down flat and I would never go back again. If you value your clothes, go somewhere else.

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANING SERVICE. They will loose/keep garments they claim are damaged, and will not reimburse you for the cost of the garment. Even if it means you have to come out of pocket to replace it.
