HORRIFYING!!!  My landlord hired them to clean the carpet before I moved in.  When I saw the carpet it was still visibly dirty and smelled bad.  I cleaned a few strips with my bissell and the water looked like MUD.  The landlord called him to come back which he did promptly but I was treated very rudely with no respect.  After the second cleaning ( not sure what they did the first time around ??) it is better but I would NEVER hire them again and neither will my landlord.  To be honest the carpet was extremely dirty but I should not still have been able to extract mud from it.  Had I not been treated so badly I would not be giving them a 1 star.

Tony and his crew have cleaned our carpets for years.  He just finished another cleaning, and his work is outstanding.  i highly recommend.

I just had my area rugs and furniture cleaned by Tony and Gary. These guys are the best--prompt, courteous, careful and they do a great job. I can't say enough good things about them and their work. They really know what they are doing and offer excellent customer service.
