This company (Laura Klein and Larry Klein) ran my credit report without my permission, in fact I supplied them a thorough, recent report from another landlord, and asked them specifically not to run it, and they did it anyway. My score dropped 11 points and an entire grade from the pull. Then they demanded a $35 fee for pulling the report, which they have refused to release to me.  They demanded the fee, which they would only accept via check by mail.  Not having this report is preventing me from securing other rental property. I sent them a check a week ago, sent a copy of the check and proof it was mailed, and they have not released the report nor responded to my outreach. This all feels retaliatory because I decided not to rent their property after I was approved, because their approval answer came five days later than anticipated, so I had already moved on. Not to mention I was concerned about the property grounds, where all the trash bins were broken without lids and abandoned toilets were being used as planters.  They would not allow for any improvements or upgrades on the unit.  And finally, I never even met these realtors because they no-showed to both appointments we had at the apartment.  Do not rent from them, total nightmare, I'm so glad I didn't take the property, which is located at 820 Edinburgh, LA, CA.
