Relaxing little hide-a-way park. Has small bmx/skateboard ramps, rail to grind, and 1/4 pipe, & tennis courts. Three softball fields, clean restrooms, cold drinking fountains, large safe kids play area. Basketball courts, paved walking/running sidewalk around the whole park. Area for volleyball and plenty of shade from the big deciduous trees. Next to a church and across the street from a school with a public 1/4 mile circle track for exercise. There are plenty of picnic covered banquet gazebos anyone can use, without reservations, thick maintained green grass, big enough area to fly a kite on a windy day, chill under the AZ sun, bbq or what have you! It's an ok park, they updated it so it's nicer, but unfortunately they decided to take out the skate area with the ramps...my kids use  to love it.

Good park but every time we play, we smell weed smoking which makes me feel dizzy

Well first off its off 8th Ave. And in Mesa it's the hood aka ghetto.so fair warning. It used have frisbee golf ! But the got rid of that. Then half pike   4 skateboards. Now it's paddle ball and tennis. It has a ok play ground 4 kids.and a bathroom.

We played pickleball at the dedicated, lit courts. Excellent. The surfaces are wonderful the Nets are excellent, a wonderful asset to the community.
