Called in the morning with a non working water heater. Even though they were booked up they fit me in later that day. Carl arrived and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem as the element needing replaced, and having spoke with the office manager he knew to bring that part with him. He talked to me and told me how the water heater works. People with experience are so rare and he was wonderful. They worked direct with whirlpool to fix the issue under warranty. Will for sure use again! As a first time homeowner I've come to find that not many places do a good job. So glad to have used them!
