I hired Mr. Nussey as my attorney in an extremely trying time.  My ex-wife decided that she was going to move to another state with my two children and there was nothing that I could do to stop her. Her move was imminent, and we literally had 24 hours to react before she left the state.  I met Mr. Nussey at 7am the next morning after our consultation to review my case (two hours before his practice opens).  I sat in the office that morning as he crafted approximately a 50-page document.  In that document, he filed a stop order (basically preventing my ex from leaving the state with the children), primary custody, rights to the house that I lost in the divorce, child support and lawyer fees.  To make a long story short, I am now the primary custodial parent, I have regained my home that I lost in the divorce and I was awarded child support and lawyer fees. Mr. Nussey made a miracle happen when the odds were stacked against me.  He is truly dedicated to his job and makes me feel like I am his only client. If you are looking for the best, look no further! Because of Mr. Nussey's devotion, my children are now living in a stable environment and my family has never been happier.  At this law firm, they go above and beyond for you. I will always be grateful for what they have done for my family. Mr. Nussey is truly one of a kind!

Klineburger & Nussey is the utmost professional law firm in South Jersey. The lawyers of the firm were all very nice and polite. If they said they where going to do something, they did it in the most professional way. I would recommend the firm to anyone in the tri state area. Just to clarify the person above giving the one star review was the defendant in my case that I won. They were never a client of Klineburger & Nussey. Being a client of theirs I can’t say enough good things about them and will recommend them to anyone who ask!

This may be the most unprofessional law firm in South Jersey. The lawyers are bullies, inappropriate, rude, and most of all lie repeatedly. I would not recommend this firm to anyone!  Do your research and find another firm.
