Story

KLM Development Group is a family-based construction company owned by Felix Lampariello. Felix Lampariello has been the industry for 45 years, and KLM Development Group has been active for over 30 years.

We specialize in custom homes, design/builds, condominiums, high rises, construction management services, general contracting services, consulting services, renovations and additions, as well as projects related to commercial and retail spaces.

KLM Development Group has developed and built hundreds of high-end homes throughout the western suburbs; along with several high rises, 45 town homes, and single-family homes in the loop, south loop, and north side of Chicago.

Our experience relates to working for Tishman Construction of Illinois, and Henry Brothers of Hickory Hills, in which the array of work includes the complete renovation of the Medinah Country Club, the tenant build out of the Hemophilia Foundation of Illinois, and renovations to numerous schools and hospitals.
