Worst customer service ever! I’d i could give negative stars I definitely would!’ Placed an online order for some undershirts for my husband and picked up Christmas Eve from the NonanA location. Got home and all for packs were the wrong size. When I checked online the LV store was the only one they showed in stock but come to find out that was false as well. Went to return them and the ignorant girl working said I had to take them back to the Bonanza store since upc numbers didn’t match. Of course not it was the wrong item. Bonanza store manager said LV store should have sti refunded. If you don’t want to do tour job let someone else do it. This is why Kmart is closing most of their stores. I live in Henderson and from now on if I can’t pick it up there I’m not buying from Sears or Kmart at all. Kmart employees are so pathetic!!! A bunch of Walmart rejects!!!

The particular day that I was there in the baby section there was an odor of like a dirty diaper. So the more I got closer to the baby section the stronger the oder got. I turned around to see where it was coming from and realized that the sewer was backing up into the store and no employees had noticed it. Haven't been back since.

If you enjoy shopping around for 3 minutes and waiting 15 in line this is the best place to shop!

I didnt like the service at all i would ask a employee about something then the cashier would tell me another. So basically they dont know what they are doing.
