Im glad we have this store. I'm not always willing to drive to Chico for something I can grab quickly here. The service deck is straight up fantastic. I see the woman deal with impossible customers and never shows she is rattled. Very sweet, polite, and professional.
My one problem is there is usually one checker open. Really?! Im here because I Eventually need to get back to work, in my lifetime. Other than that, give them a try.

Customers aren't a priority here in safety isn't a concern. Items are mismarked. Employees have a nonchalant Carefree attitude.

y mom was in the Paradise, CA. Location, trying to claim a money order at western union. The woman who was assisting her was EXTREMELY rude, even combative to the point that when my mom called me, I could hear the woman raising her voice, almost yelling at my mom! She said that we needed to adjust the setup of the money order for her to be able to process it. When my husband asked to speak to her over the phone to walk through how to correct the issue, she stated that she was not going to walk him through hoe to help and that she didn't know how to process the "money in minutes" option so we'd have to go to our local branch to send the money (keeping in mind, we've already processed the money order at this point). When we asked to speak to the supervisor, the supervisor refused to come to the phone. The clerk (original woman) then told my mom she needed to go to Safeway to process her request since she wouldn't help her. I called back to speak to the supervisor directly, was put on hold doe over 10 minutes when the line disconnected. When I called back, I was put on hold for another 10 minutes before hanging up. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service.

Always have to wait in line forever.  The last time I was there my check out lady (older woman) was VERY rude.  She made every one behind me leave so she could do a price check.  She helped another checker while I did my own price check. I got back before she even called for the price check.  I still didn't the 30% off as marked.

This K-Mart is a prime example of why this company is failing... Trash on floors, empty shelving, poor merchandising, and horrible customer service policies. This town needs a company to replace to sad excuse of a business.
