I love to shop at k mart because i always save money at check out and they have really good deals.

Lines extremely long n not enough cashiers. Hate shopping there.

App coupons do not work. Lines are long and employees are rude. I left a bag at checkout one time. When I picked it up the employee was having personal conversation with any another employee and expressed his annoyance with me because he had to get up from the counter he was sitting on to get my bag. He then went through my bag and smelled everything in the bag.

Should be a zero. I called on Saturday and asked if they were cashing payroll checks. I was told yes but funds are limited so I should come right away. I drove 7 minutes to cash the check only to be told they weren't cashing checks because they had no money. Called a Sunday morning to ask if they were cashing checks and was told yes. Drive again to be told the check reading machine has been down all day and they aren't cashing checks. Asked to speak to a manager and after waiting ten minutes I just left. Terrible customer service and employee knowledge.
