Went in to try to put a layaway on 6/6/17 and apparently they stopped doing layaway on 6/6/17 because this store will be closing soon. The lady at the layaway counter was really rude telling us we should of read the big sign, when there was no big sign stating there was no more layaway. There was a small sign by her register that she pointed out after bit still no big sign. She told us we should have read the sign and we would have known. She said they had found out that same day that their store was closing. Maybe it is a good thing she is losing her job because she has bad customer service.

Esther, the worker just found out she was losing her job. I'm sure you can understand what a frustrating time this might be for her. Loss of income in today's economy is a traumatic occurrence. Rather than empathize with her at a tough time in her life, as a human being, you instead whine about having to deal with human emotion on the internet. You even go so far as to call it a good thing...

Wish they would stay. With points, coupons and sales it's way better than Walmart.

I accidentally left my purse in my shopping cart. After realizing that I had forgotten it, I went back to the store. The very kind employee at the return/exchange counter had found the purse, checked my ID, and left everything else intact. He verified my identity before giving me my purse back, which was very much appreciated! I wish I had gotten his name but that employee was kind and honest, which is hard to find these days! I hope his manager reads this and recognizes him for the good deed he did. Thank you!!!
