Lady at the layaway counter was super helpful, as was they woman at customer service. Our cashier was very slow, but pleasant. Store has a lot of products still, but in the women's section there is no clothing for anyone under 70. But I did find everything I was looking for.

I am rating customer service and if I could rate a 0 I would. There was 1 register open,  there were at least 8 people in line and the register had crashed so we we're all just waiting. I look over and see 3 staff members having personal conversations at the customer service desk. I asked if I could pay at the customer service desk since the only register open wasn't moving. One of the women said "no wait in line". After about 15 min they realize they need to work and by this time I'm the 1st person in line. The register crashes and the lady who told me to wait in line told everyone behind me to go to customer service. After not being able to get the register back on, she decides to tell me to go pay at customer service very rude. I said "ok I'll go to the back of the line". That triggered her to be very disrespectful to me if front of other customers. The last thing I said was "great the customer is always wrong". 

** I'll be sure not to purchase for my business here anymore as your located right across Boston Truck Center, this was a weekly stop for us.

Love Kmart! If you really wanna save as much $ when shopping as entirely possible,  this is the best of the best, stacked on top of a very fruitful VIP Rewards Program!! If you're planning to visit this location and would like pointers on truly saving the most $ possible feel free to look me up on Facebook & I'll be more than happy to spread a wealth of knowledge covering all bases!
