KMI instruction has been amazing to work with, lets just say that we had 4 other roofing companies in to estimate on a leak around the chimney and only one other company was able to identify the problem. Too bad for this other company b/c they give a price on taking care of it, nearly 2x what KMI was going to charge. Furthermore, none of the other companies identified the need for a lead steak replacement, which was the first thing exterior inspection, oh, and Ed from KMI noted, without cuing. Not only have i been so fortunate to have gotten in contact with KMI, but, as I have referred this company on, I have heard nothing but wonderful reports as feedback. How awesome is that?! KMI is scheduled to do a full roof replacement for our home next week, and I can relax, knowing we are in good hands. Thank God for Ed and KMI!
