We used to go to this kneaders all the time and loved it until the recent visit. Not only did they forget to give us the bread for three bowls of soups and the chips with the sandwich the food looked like it was cooked under a heat lamp the bread on the sandwich was dry and crusty as you can see in the picture the lettuce is wilted I asked for no tomatoes and you can see where there used to be tomatoes on there they just pulled them off totally disgusting waste of 50 bucks... I wish this didn't happen as we loved this place

Does this grilled cheese look grilled? I’ve gotten it a few times now and it’s always this raw. I want it crispy. Also they keep getting my soups wrong! I can guarantee my order will be incorrect when I order from this Kneaders.

I bought some items to put a basket together.  One of those items was popcorn that is sealed. I ended up using the bread which is yummy. I didn't use the popcorn and just tried to return it.  Gabby, the manager said all sales are final and can't be returned.   Nowhere on the receipt does it say that.  She pulled a sign out from behind the counter and said it says so here. I realize it isn't a lot of money but just want people need to know.  Won't go back.

This place is cute, and the food is tasty. The service was amazing! I was waiting for a friend to join me and at least 4 different people checked on me to make sure I was being helped. They were also very fast at getting the food out. Very attentive and efficient!Food: 4/5

Usually love this place. Food is amazing. Last week called ahead on Monday to place an order for family Christmas party. I provided order credit card number over the phone, when I showed up on Friday they did not have two of the pies that I ordered and it no point had attempted to contact me, they also were unable to find my order when I arrived at the restaurant for around 15 minutes. Super disappointing not to have pies that had been ordered ahead for family Christmas. Management did not even acknowledge the situation or attempt to provide solutions. Love Kneaders but do yourself a favor and order from another location.

I was worried based off the last few reviews but my first experience here was good! I had a raspberry cream cheese croissant and a razzleberry smoothie, so yummy! Definitely will be getting them again.

Service was a little slow and we were the only ones dining in. We came from breakfast and ordered soup but then after we sat on our table our cashier came to find us to let us know they don't serve soup in the morning. I got an iced coffee that was a little week almost watered down. The croissants were flaky and delicous!

We were eating about 715 and about 7:40 the girl came over and said we close at 8:00.  She was very blunt and so we hurried.   your sign say says you close at 9:00. I’m not sure the people in line were very happy either when she went down the line to tell them about the time.  Very unprofessional help and don’t think I will ever go back to that Kneaders again. But the food was good, but could have been better  had we had time to eat it.

I just paid $7.87 for 2 pieces of French toast that were sub par. I used to love this place and they always gave you 3 big delicious pieces. Very dissatisfied will not be coming back!

Worst Kneaders I have ever been to. The French toast was cold and stale.  Also didn't taste like they used their chunky cinnamon bread to make it.    I really hope it is just this kneaders because I have always loved the French toast.  It was honestly embarrassing because we took some extended family from Florida and one of them made the comment that the French toast they had in their hotel breakfast was better.
