At the drive thru, the gentleman taking our order was refreshingly pleasant. At the window, he was very friendly and recognized that my car was decorated with window paint. My wife did this for me because I just graduated from nursing school. The gentleman at the window gave me a complementary muffin for my achievement. That was an experience that I will never forget.

My husband and I have been going to Kneaders since its opening. We used to LOVE this place. We would visit once or twice per week. But it's really gone downhill. 1. My husband and I noticed that the half sized salads decreased in size. They've always served it in a smaller container than the full size, but then they started filling it only 75% of the way. 2. For 3 or 4 times in a row the chicken on our salads would be near frozen. I'm not talking about really cold, I'm saying firm and frosty center to each piece of chicken. I would need to go through my salad, pick out all the chicken, microwave it for a little bit, and add it back in. 3. They stopped serving the chicken Caesar salad, my husband's favorite (it's not that big of a deal to me because I don't get that salad...but thinking about it they have 50% of the ingredients. Why dc just a dressing and Parmesan cheese for the most popular salad?) 4. They are ALWAYS out of things. My husband wanted to try the Southwest BBQ salad recently, but lo they were out of both corn (not that problematic) and BBQ dressing (okay, that's problematic). Then I go to order my usual salad and the cashier says that they're out of the spring mix and only have romaine. Alright... not ideal but it's lettuce and I'm happy to have it. B Line out of biscuits on a Saturday morning? Totally understandable. Raging Sage sold out of Sage Pecan scones? I understand that 100%. But a chain to be out of stock like this? Not really acceptable. Moreover, I get home and my raspberry chicken nut salad as 4 raspberries on it. Only 4. Next thing you know they'll be out of bread -_- . 5. I've worked in the service/food industry. I know what it's like. If I was inconveniencing a customer I would have comped something or given them a free dessert. But alas, nothing was comped or even offered to be comped. Not even the extra ranch that my husband requested last minute before I handed over my card. Alright, I've aired my grievances. And needless to say, my husband and I will be choosing Panera over Kneaders until they figure out their stuff. Sincerely, Can We Please Go Back To The Way It Was?

Swung by here today to try it out. Was not impressed. On the same level as a McDonalds.
