Usually the last thing I want to be doing is calling around for quotes. After calling a couple of other places, I spoke to Leslie at Knifong. What a breath of fresh air! Great service always get things done as I expect and hope for in an insurance company. Definitely a good place if you are searching for a wide range of insurance options. They work hard at keeping their customers happy.

My old insurance agent was not willing to check for new rates and I was paying WAY too much $$$$. I contacted Knifong Insurance and they were able to reduce my yearly cost by 1/3 of what I had been paying. They are so pleasant to work with and treat me with the utmost respect. Even after I moved to a different part of Wyoming, they are still my agent, I trust them that much. the down home courtesy goes a long way and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smarter more reliable insurance agency.

We had to file a claim and the employees at Knifong walked us through the entire process.  The staff is extremely helpful and work for you.
