Basically just a shill for Hanover with mediocre customer service. Yet they seem to have no idea how Hanover works. Their bad advice left me with 3 points on my license and a surcharge because I was unprepared for a hearing. Now I'm pretty sure they wanted it that way. A couple of years ago, I had to call to get a better price on my home insurance with Hanover last year even though they say there are inflation guards in place. Unfortunately at this point they and Hanover have us over a barrel. Until we have time to extricate ourselves and do the research to get ourselves a better a agent and a better deal we are stuck but least I can do is warn others away.

Knight-Dik has been my insurance agent for nearly 30 years - I wouldn't use anyone else.  Ross and his team are always knowledgeable, helpful and respectful.

Mediocre customer service. Originally listed my Dodge Charger as a "Jeep Dodge" which nearly caused me to lose a claim and on a separate occasion, took almost a week replying to a request for some fairly basic information about my policy.
