Robert Knight and his staff were amazing!!! They were always available to talk or answer any questions I had. Robert went above and beyond my expectations. I was more than pleased with the outcome in my divorce/custody case!!!

My story is a long one, but it's worth reading for anyone considering Robert as their attorney. I was deployed to Iraq with a National Guard unit based out of Minden, Louisiana. Days before my deployment I sat down with Robert to attempt to get custody of my 1 year old daughter at the time. This all took place in mid to early 2009. 

Robert told me that generally whoever has physical custody of the child will have a better chance of keeping the child. I believed him, and my mother kept custody of my daughter while I deployed. Robert did his work, and I was granted custody in my mother's name while I was deployed. Robert managed to keep custody with my mother the entire year I was gone. When I returned home Robert spent the next year and a half helping me progressively get more custody until I finally received sole custody and child support. This man helped me, a single father at 23 freshly returned from a war zone, get custody of a little girl. 

He then went above and beyond to get me a favorable divorce. I sat down and cried in the car after leaving the hearing and knowing I wouldn't be a one weekend a month father like so many people I knew. I hold him in the highest regard and recommend him to anyone who will listen long enough for me to tell them my story. 

It's 2017 and I am still in disbelief that he managed to help me the way he did. I feel like I owe this man my life. Robert if you're reading this all I can say is thank you. Hopefully I won't need you again, but if I do I'll be a client for life.

Robert was my attorney for my custody case. I won't go into detail but he more than did his job with doing what was best for my child. He worked hard and was honest the whole time and talked to me in a language I completely understood so I could follow what was going on. I couldn't be more thankful the person I put my faith in for my child's well being was him.

Exceptional lawyer! Robert Knight is extremely articulate of Louisiana laws and statutes, and even better at litigation. From start to finish I knew what was going on with my case. Robert Knight and staff invested much time into preparing my case for court, but got everything settled for me in mediation ( to my requests). I have and will continue to recommend him to any one needing legal representation. Over all great experience in a very trying time.
