Very basic hotel. Several dead crickets on the floor. TV didn't work - cable was not connected to the wall. Contacted front desk - was told they'll have someone check it tomorrow!! The phone in the room was not connected to anything - no cable or cord! Just a phone sitting there! We had a Kng Size room and only one single badly stained wash cloth was provided!! We stay in the general area often, but will NOT book this hotel again!

The toilet stayed running and was extremely loud. They don't give you but one rag per room. There was hair all in the towels. Then my boyfriend forgot to pay at 6am when he headed out to work so I went to the front and asked them to go ahead and charge his per Diem card. Something was wrong with their machines so it denied ours and two others. So I told them to wait til the afternoon and he would pay upon arrival and that we were gonna be staying another night and they said they can't do that. So basically now we're having to check out just to check back in again in five hours. So now I get to wander around window shopping or something in this town for the next five hours til he gets here and we can check back in. They clearly don't care about customer service. They should have waited and kept their customer happy since we have ten guys here who all work for the same company and are repeat customers. This is ridiculous.

First off when I came to my room after waiting three hours for it to be "ready" it was not even touched, trash everywhere, bed not made had to literally sit in my car and wait for her to clean. When I get to my room can't even change the channel, don't know why it wouldn't work. Had to then download a remote on my phone and don't even let me start on the "cousins" roaches started coming out of no where, I was like oh Jesus please help me. I'm gonna have to tell my husband who is soooo tired that we are gonna have to switch hotels and ruin the rest of my day. Gross nasty don't even stay here don't waste ur time unless your a methhead or a hooker I'm sure it's perfect for that clientele

I was only delivering something but judging on my first impression I wouldn't stay there
