I had reserved a kitchenette room which wasn't what I got. Still was charged the amount for it. Room wad supposed to be non-smoking yet burn holes and ashes everywhere. I don't think the room had been cleaned in years.

😍 My boyfriend David Tyler & I love it here at the Knights Inn here at Sterling Heights Michigan! The rooms are Always clean, they have Jacuzzis, & it's a great place to stay the night when you've been on the road for a long time & your tired but don't want to spend too much money, especially if your with your family! I highly recommend staying here! 😍😉😍 ~ Sue G. ~

Key card to door would work 1 out of 5 times. Door to room was unlevel causing gaps which let heat out. Room itself seemed to be decently clean but out dated. TV worked, although no channel guide. different sized pillows on the bed which I thought was odd. It seemed the cleaning of the bathroom was missed completely. Bathroom toilet seat wasn't clean and toliet paper 3/4 used. Bath tub floor was covered in dirt and grime and a used wet wash cloth was draped over the bath tub. After contacting management they said they would send someone to clean it. We waited an hour and my girlfriend ended up cleaning it herself with warm water and soap in the ice bucket. (Ice bucket was full of ash anyways to begin with, I'll elaborate more shortly). House keeping ended up showing up another hour later. I went to the front desk to try to get a new ice bucket and was first told to just wipe the ash out with a rag... I guess he thought that would clean it well enough to fill with ice that I then would injest into my body. I ended up just getting a plastic bag to fill with ice. I feel the situations I ran into could of been dealt with more conveniently, professionally, and effectively. The only reason I am giving 3 🌟 is because the cost is low, you get what you pay for.

It's a good place to rest after a long day of driving. The price is not that expensive.

The room was disgusting... There were cigarette burns in the comforter, which we were suppose to be in a non-smoking room. The toilet looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in months and the shower had hairs in it. There were holes in the walls and the window had been cracked severely. The curtains also had giant holes in them and the fridge freezer looked like someone had put a dead animal in it without cleaning up afterwards. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I'd rather spend $10 more to stay in a much nicer Super 8.
