I was looking for a handicapped accessible room with traveling with my disabled parents. I had called ahead to ask if they had handicapped accessible rooms available. I was told yes by the receptionist and booked the room. Upon arrival we learned their definition of that was the room was on the first floor and that was it. Doors too small for a wheel chair to fit through, zero grab rails, a shower that was not a roll in and a bed that way too low for a handicapped person. I wish they had been more upfront about their accommodations because it was just generally a poor experience.

Gross and disgusting. Bed bugs in our room. Notified the owner who moved us to another room and told us we wouldn't be charged. Then charged us because he said there weren't bed bugs (even though we actually had pictures and showed him).  Your best bet would be to avoid this hotel at all costs and find another place to spend your money.

It was cheap and convenient. Not perfect but I didn't expect it to be at that price. I was able to reserve over the phone without a card and the clerk came right out when I arrived. Nice people. I'd stay there again.

Don't book a room at this place. This is a terrible hotel.  It's dirty, smelly, and the plumbing doesn't work properly. I woke up in the middle of the night hearing a gurgling sound in the bathroom. When I finally got up, I found the bathtub had backed up and had 3 inches of discolored water (drain backup) sitting in the tub. the toilet overflowed when I flushed it (it was not clogged, this is all a drainage problem). I went to check out and complained to the owner and asked for some money off the bill. The owner yelled at me and said that I should have called him and that it would be fixed now and that there was no problem. He was incredibly disrespectful. He yelled at me!  i said that I would complain, and he said that Kinights Inn doesn't own the place that he is the franchise owner and I can complain all I want. The place was pathetic.

Worst hotel ever. It was like being in a dungeon. It smelled and had sketchy people staying there. The only good thing about the hotel is I got my money refunded as we left amd went to a different hotel.
