Not a place I would recommend to anyone. Smelly, the cable was faulty, cutting in and out. The other tenants looked like they were using and selling drugs. Did not feel comfortable at all

The place looks worn down. The staff tried to rush us to check out. There was used soap in the shower. But the bed was comfortable.

This is absolutely the most disgusting and crime ridden place I've ever been to. Yeah I get it's cheap and in a area that's close to the heart of New Orleans but it was not worth it. The whole place stunk. In our room when we arrived there was a pair of jeans in the bathroom that had what I believed to be crack in a little bag on top of the jeans. the blankets and mattress had blood stains on it the ac didn't work. And to top it all off I found out from a local there that this hotel is known for prostitution in that area, then when I was sitting by the pool side and killing time I started noticing many men walking in and out of the same hotel room(about 9 in 2 hours). One of these men I also noticed had a fire arm In his hand. When I was going to my car to run to the store I found a man looking inside my car for valuables and when I confronted him he took off Running. I can go on and on about this place it ruined my vacation just don't make the same mistake I made by staying here you will regret it.

A decent, no frills hotel for a low price. The decor may be outdated, but the room was clean and even had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. A basic breakfast was included (5-9AM) which included cereal, waffles, and toast. Nice big pool in the courtyard. Overall a fine value!
