Horrible service. I made a reservation about two weeks in advance and everything went smoothly until I got there. A friend and I went to the Grooming Expo in Hershey, PA and went to the hotel to check in. We walked in and the man at the desk asked me to write down the name on a card and then repeated "the name the reservation is under." I didn't realize he was asking for my name, as I thought he was just further explaining the form, so I didn't respond and he was rude and raised his voice angrily when he asked “what is the name the reservation is under?" the second time. My friend quietly made a comment specifically to me regarding his attitude and he immediately turned around and began yelling "oh I have an attitude?" and told us that we "do not have a room here for you" and we needed to leave. My friend responded “yes you have an attitude because you're immediately being rude and raising your voice to a customer who clearly just didn't understand you,” but by then he was screaming at us. We did not curse, scream, or do anything to warrant being screamed at by this employee within 2 minutes of walking into the building. Being two hours away from where we live, we needed to either find a new place to stay or sleep in the car for the night. As we were leaving, my friend politely asked the man for his name, which he refused to give us. At the time of writing this review, my friend is still on the phone with the corporate office trying to resolve the issue and all of the people we've spoken to have been very helpful. If I could rate 0 stars I would, and I most definitely will NEVER book at any motel in this chain again.

First time I stayed at knights Inn Palmyra, very clean. Manager quick and courteous. Easy access to your room park n your three feet away, unloading a breeze. Very very affordable. Cannot comment on breakfast I never went. I would stay there again, matter of fact I'll probably stay there within a week or so. I do construction and stay lots of places and I give this place a thumbs up. PS : I'm very particular about where I lay my head down to rest. I wouldn't give a good review if I thought it was not worth staying. Thank You, Joseph K.

If your looking for a place to put your head without breaking the wallet this is it. 5 mile from Hershey, clean hot water tv fridge. Nothing fancy but good enough. I would go back

The rudest people I have every met. They cursed at us and threatened to call the police because my 15 year old son told them we were very unhappy with their rudeness. They scared my children and myself so much that I called the police because the owners were outside yelling and threatening us so much that I felt that I had to call the police so that we could safely leave. I will never stay in another Wyndham again. I tried calling them to complain when I got home, but I was unsuccessful in getting to someone that would take the complaint.

Clean room, definitely smaller room than it looks like in the photos. Staff was polite but didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcomed.
