It was a mistake not reading the reviews first . Everything that was posted was accurate. When we first got there ,the front desk lady looked tired . Explained that some things in the hotel might not work for example the remote control. The other was the mini fridge. The walls were stained ,the sheets. And one thing we didn't use the shower it looked dirty. Had a yellow ring around the drain. I recommend buying disinfectant wipes if you wanna use the toilet,we did. Research before booking . Good luck !

Good place if you just need a bed for cheap. They're also pet friendly, which allowed us to take our dog on our small adventure to Payson. The evening staff was rude and impatient over the phone.
The room itself wasn't very clean. I'd recommend bringing your own sheets to put on the bed. They didn't provide shampoo or conditioner, so bring your own. And don't use the old microwave ovens. Ours started sparking and popping right when we plugged it in, and the room smelled like smoke the rest of the evening. Definetly a fire hazard. The outer door lock also wasn't working properly, so anyone off the street could walk into the room areas and start trying doors. Definetly use the deadbolt and security chain when your in the room.
Other than that, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was in a good part if town, and there are a few restaurants within walking distance.

The beautiful Payson setting couldn't rescue this place. The manager was extremely rude and argumentative from check in to check out. The bed was lumpy. No coffee. Not on my A List.

My parents stayed at this motel a couple of days ago. They had the worst experience. Hotel was filthy, front desk was very rude. My mother had a health issue and front desk would not even call for an ambulance. Whatever you do, do not book a room here. They will never stay here ever again.

Always a good stay. Staff is always friendly.  My friend and I stay quite often through the year. Especially when we don't want to drive back to the Phoenix Valley
