I work for a doctor's office that has a travel clinic in North Platte. We arrived one day and half the power to the building was out and the furnace was not working (it was around 10 degrees outside). We called and they were able to stop by within the hour and fix everything for us. Great service!

BE WEARY OF THESE PEOPLE!  We rented a house from them where there was a 12-month lease contract.  Unfortunately, we had to break the lease 2 months prior to the end due to me obtaining a new job out of state.  For breaking the lease we had to pay the rent until new owners took over the lease or it ended, which we did.  We also had to pay a penalty fee for breaking the lease which we did!  We also cleaned the house very well and paid $300.00 for the carpets to be cleaned per our contract.  When it was time to get our deposit back, they deducted $160.00 to pay the utilities for when we were not living there.  Even though this was not part of our signed contract!  When I contacted Nancy Schneider about this she said that it was too bad and they were going to keep the money.  Also, last summer when it was incredibly hot I kept calling them to tell them that the air conditioner was not cooling down the house.  I had to sleep on the sofa at night because it was too hot upstairs.  I don't understand why they couldn't come fix the air conditioner if they own a business that provides air conditioning services.  We will be filing a claim in court against them.
