Terrible. My father spent 25,000 with this lawyer Knochel. He didn’t follow thru the whole case, he didn’t represent my father properly. And didn’t even work a deal with the prosecution. Doesn’t answer phone calls, and he lied with the prosecution in the prosecutor’s favor. Lied at the post arraignment and said he presented an offer to my father that he really didn’t. This is the worse lawyer ever. Shouldn’t even be a lawyer

I went to Mr. Knochel with a time sensitive case. In our consultation he stated my case would be filed and we’d have a court date within the following week. Two almost three weeks later I couldn’t get anyone to email me back or return my calls. I then fired them for a lack of communication and I honestly lost all confidence in them. It has been 4 days since I fired them and I have yet to receive my refund.

Knowledgeable and quick to accept your money without first explaining that the retainer will not carry you through your entire case. Did not inform me that the charges had already well exceeded the retainer amount. Make sure to ask during the consultation how far the retainer will carry you through your case. Ask to be notified when the charges begin exceeding the retainer amount.

The team in this office worked very hard on my case, maintained good communication with myself, and gave me realistic expectations from start to finish. I would definitely use them again if I had the need.

Best lawyer worth every penny he accomplished more in 24 on my case than Eric Engan did in eight months. Highly recommended !!!
