I am always in and out in no time! Good customer service for the most part...BUT the security officer there is rude, like really rude. I was following the 50 million signs to get to car registration and was headed to the right place. When I got to the last sign, before I could even finish reading it, he jumped up from his desk and very rudely asked where I was going and what I needed. Pretty sure I didn't look confused because I had been there before and kind of knew where I was going. So, I told him nicely what I was there for and then he very rudely said "take a number and sit down." I literally had no time to even think and had maybe been in the room like a minute before he started barking remarks like that. It made me feel really uncomfortable. The poor young girl in front of me about went into tears because he did the same thing to her. Then a lady was on her cell phone (yes I know its the rules and considerate not to be on your phone) and he started tapping the no cell phone sign and saying "Get off your phone, you can text all you want too, just no talking in here." She asked why nicely and he stumbled through a reason. I feel like he needs to be toned down a couple notches because it almost made me not to want to come back to this location. I just got in and got out of there. Other than that, good experience!

Went to renew my license and was in and out in 20 minutes. It was amazing. Went at 9:30 am on a Thursday. Everyone was friendly and helpful while still keeping a productive pace. It was great :)

Super friendly staff, and a minimal wait. The greeter who directed us where to go was AMAZING! So kind, informative, and told us what we needed and where to go without acting irritated or in a rush. Note to anyone who reads the reviews: This place states it does Drivers Licenses(which it does) but does not offer new resident licenses- so anyone planning on getting their first time license here it's not an option. Fun fact about TN however is that you can get your car registered without an in-state license, as long as you have proof of residency via mail.

There to renew my tags. Pretty fast service. The lady who renewed my tags was sweet as could be but that mean old man in the waiting area (the officer?) Was rude as can be! Someone help him with his attitude. I had my son with me who has extreme adhd and Everytime he moved or made a noise that man had a snarky comment to make. I will have to find a new clerk's office!

Friendly, easy to locate, not enough parking for volume they serve. Super nice and very speedy service wheelchair accessible and restrooms too. They offer many other public services
