The front desk is very helpful and welcoming. Dr. Norris did a great job with my fillings and she is always friendly and accommodating. If they have a cancellation they always call patients to see if they would like to come in early for there appointments.

The staff is amazing I bring my daughter Brianna here .And  I am so amazed with the kindness and care they give my daughter . They always make sure she is comfortable with all Procedures. She's always been uncomfortable with her teeth and smile and they are doing a amazing job fixing the problem .  Thank u from the bottoms of are heart.  Your and amazing crew .

I just had my wisdom teeth taken out. Dr and staff were very friendly and made me feel like I was at home! I enjoy going there. I saw a review about there being a two month wait, they are the only office in Knox county currently accepting new patients with Medicaid. I scheduled all of my appointments and when they have an opening they call to reschedule you sooner! Always kind, always respectful, always professional! I would definitely recommend.

I love this office. They got me in asap when I had a broken tooth and everyone in the office is nice as can be. We live 30 minutes away but it's worth the drive. They also see my kids and do a great job with them too!
