Nurse Becky sincerely cares about her patients by looking you in the eye to ensure that you feel safe. She acts with high integrity.  Doctors are terrible. They are arrogant, impatient, and do sloppy work. That's why having a good nurse you can trust is important.  Nurse Becky is the sole reason for the 5 Star rating.
