Today (11/17/17) one of our students at Merrill Middle left her chromebook on bus 954 (transfer bus from North High to Merrill Middle).  The student was visibly upset.  A phone call was placed to Kobussen's who in turn contacted the driver of that bus.  The driver promptly found the chromebook, took time out of his or her busy schedule and returned the device to Merrill.  This driver went above and beyond to brighten the day of one worried student.  We are so appreciative of their efforts.  Thank you!!

Kobussin has done nothing but good things for this community. I feel
they have taken the company to the next level as far as courtesy and
professionalism goes. I rode the big yellow buses when I was a kid,
this morning as I was taking my kids to school I looked and a lot of
the drivers were the same!! It has to say something when a company
keeps the same people for years and years. I also love the way the
coach drivers are always dressed to the nines and supper polite. I
feel you couldn't ask for a better bunch!!

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Kobussen Buses doesn't even deserve 1 star. We rented and paid for a bus for our wedding this summer and they DIDN'T SHOW UP! We had 150 guests waiting around at the end of the night with NO transportation. We tried calling them during our wedding reception & Ann Kobussen answered, saying that she was "on call" but that she was up north. She said she would call us back but we never heard back from her. They have done absolutely NOTHING to redeem themselves.They left us a message while we were on our honeymoon stating that the bus driver "assumed" that our wedding was on a Saturday and that is why he didn't show up. Take a look at the contract!!!!! That is no excuse! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Ann Kobussen has been avoiding our phone calls, not returning our calls and has been extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend Kobussen Buses.

I called. They would not give me a quote over the phone. Made me go to their website. When I got the quote for an 8 mile round trip my jaw dropped. I hoped that I did not fill out the quote request correctly or that there was some other reason the price was so high. I asked them to explain the basis of their rates. They refused, instead giving me a garbage response of "It cost $X just to put the coach on the road" "then add mileage charges" They did not explain what the mileage charges were.  They did not explain how or why it would cost hundreds of dollars to "put the coach on the road. " When I tried to get more information they stopped writing back. If you have money to burn and if you don't care about customer service.....Kobussen is the place for you!
