This is an excellent repair shop. They do good work. We use them for our fleet vehicles and they always are on the spot. They are honest and do not try to sell repairs that are not needed.  I would recommend  to anyone needing auto service.

I have always had a great experience at Koch Auto.... the receptionist, the mechanics & the owners are all very nice. I have been a customer for many years & they have always been honest & reliable which I find to be very important when choosing an auto repair shop..... I wouldn't go anywhere else!

We needed an emergency service on the interstate while pulling a horse trailer. Jason came to our rescue within 30 minutes as promised and had us back on the road safely. Excellent customer service, friendly, helpful...and cute, too! 👍🏼

I would highly recommend Koch's Auto Repair! Have both my personal and fleet vehicles serviced at their shop. Their parts inventory and quality of work are excellent!

I've taken 4 different vehicles here over the period of 6 years. I used them because they were the closest and seemed fair. I've always had to call them or take the vehicle back for a second service because they didn't complete the scope of work the first time. When you ask them questions they seem very knowledgeable, but as I once heard, "In confusion, there is profit" I have since moved to Indianapolis, and so glad I have better options than Koch Service.
