Only 2 weeks more and my braces will come off! I’ve been very happy with my experience at Koch Orthodontics. The staff is super friendly and they really, truly care about you. They are are always available and extremely flexible. I’m going to miss seeing these ladies and Dr. Koch but I am so excited about my “gapless” smile!!

As always, it's a pleasure going in for my brace tightening appointments. Dr. Koch and all the staff are always pleasant and helpful and remind me what a great decision I made to get my braces with Koch Orthodontics!

New customer first visit. Walked in the door to see my name on the board and friendly front desk greeting. Made to feel welcome and received prompt service. The staff was thorough on every detail from dental issue explanation, to braces options, then financial options. Dr. Koch was great explaining everything, making sure to spend time on details rather than a high pressure pitch. I left feeling confident I made the right choices and will definitely bring my children back to a family friendly, caring environment. Besides the amazing staff, the most impressive item out of many impressive items was Dr. Koch calling the night before to ask if I had any first time questions. Thank you Koch Orthodontics staff!

This was a great experience! The staff was completely warm and welcoming! My son was put at ease immediately!! For everyone to say hello, not just the assistant working on my child, made me feel like no matter who we see that day, they are all excited to see us.
