Had my humidifier replaced by them.  Almost got double billed by them.  Caught this in time.
A week later: The humidifier began making a loud hissing sound.  The service rep came and said (1) they had forgotten to purge the lines that were caked with mud (2) the little liquid filter and orifice were clogged and (3) the electrical wiring was done incorrectly.
A week or so later, the humidifier has quit working.  They are sending in a rep tomorrow. 

Would not use these guys again if I had a choice.

We've used Koch and White a number of times over the years and they always go above and beyond! This weekend our AC stopped working. They had scheduled a repair person for Tuesday morning, but called Monday afternoon saying their schedule had opened up and they were able to repair it  a day early! On one of the hottest days of the years it was fortunate to get such great service. We highly recommend them!

We phoned Koch & White and asked them to come fix our furnace and told them what the likely problem would be. They come out and as we told them it was the motherboard. They would not return our phone calls. Finally we contacted someone who came out to put on the mother board that had been sitting there for about a week. 

However it would not light so they ordered a new ignition switch. It took several more calls and promises of returned phone calls but our calls were never returned. Again this switch was sitting at the office for about another week. Finally they sent someone out to put on the ignition switch. Several more rounds of no return calls and everything is suppose to be fixed?

We would have given a zero star if that was possible.

As a first time homeowner, when my air conditioning unit in my townhouse stopped working I had little knowledge of where to turn. Koch & White was extremely professional, they came out right away to assess the situation. After discovering the issue could not be fixed the technician discussed options for a new unit. I was able to schedule an installation time quickly, and when a sooner installation date became available the company called and let me move up my install date. They even rewired my furnace for me after they discovered a major wiring error, something a different company had installed incorrectly!

Throughout the process everyone I spoke with was professional and courteous, they even refunded me when a paperwork error resulted in me not receiving my 2% discount! I had many questions throughout the process and they answered every one of them.

Randy replaced my furnace (after giving it one extra, undeserved year of life), installed a humidifier, and repaired my air conditioner; all have been trouble-free since then.  He exudes a quiet self-confidence that is borne out by his accurate assessments of problems.  I thought his prices were on the low side, especially in light of his quality work.  Haven't needed him for over a year, but I'll turn to him for any problems in the future.
