Avoid this company like the plague!!! I ordered a futon from this company through Amazon..SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS..it showed up, I lugged everything to where it had to go and no mattress, The most important part. I tried to call this company's customer service and there is no sort of answering machine, just a fax noise or beeping. Can't speak to anybody. Have to wait until they are open. They must all be out the door at exactly their closing time, or before. Amazon says I would have to wait 2 weeks for a replacement, or try to get these guys to send me a mattress, in which I cannot get anyone on the phone and will have to wait until tomorrow just to even talk to someone, assuming anybody answers. Seriously...a mattress is bigger than a human being HOW do you miss that? Now I have these giant boxes in my living room that I can do nothing with because I have no idea what is going on. I ordered on line for the CONVENIENCE of delivery. I should have just rented a truck and went to the local furniture store and got it which would have been equally as expensive with more work, but at least I would have all the parts. I will be tripping over these giant boxes all night as I have nowhere to put them but in my living room which is very small ( hence why I wanted one with storage to begin with ). When the mattress does arrive, who knows when, I will have to return to this project and make more time for it and hope I do not fall and break my neck on these boxes during this wait period. The shipping department is careless, and does not pay attention. If it is going to take more than a day to get a mattress on this thing, I will request a refund, they can foot the bill to pick it up, and I will give my money to someone who will provide me with the complete product. I have never been more angry in my life. I will write a follow up review on the resolution
