Ujjwal Ghimire owns the restaurant and manages it along side of his brother, Sanny, mother, Mina, and father, Chef Hari Pratap Ghimire. Chef Ghimire started Sitara Indian Restaurant in Urbana and was the head chef. Now, Chef Ghimire is the head chef at Koh-i-noor Indian Restaurant. With 35 years of professional cooking experience our Chef knows how to properly prepare and season foods to satisfy your cravings.
