Very large selection of a products spanning a vast number of categories. Prices were very good a lot of sales going on. Plenty of helpful staff for anything you were looking for. Employees were very courteous at checkout and not overly pushy about all the extra sign on for this and sign up for that which is nice when you're just trying to get your shopping done and get out.

Usually a  very busy spot and with their promotions you can sometimes find some good bargains on clothing and housewares. I have always found the customer service staff to be very helpful and friendly

I love Kohl's and find great deals all the time!  This was my first trip to the Bangor location,  and it didn't disappoint!

My mother purchased an an Air Fryer for me for Christmas. Excited to use it, I unpackaged it first thing Christmas morning. The control panel on top was broken. Ok, probably in shipment... things happen. Snapped it back on. Plug it in and it sounds like a jet engine throttling up. Some plastic bits from the broken top were in the fan. Take the tray out so I can tip it upside down and try to shake them out and crumbs fall out of the machine. 

I packed it back up and took it back to the store. Out of stock. The options I was given: wait weeks or months (per them) to exchange it when and if they get more in stock, or take a gift card for the price my mother paid and order it online (and pay the $60 difference out of pocket).  

Completely unacceptable, I’m sure, by anyones standards but I now have a nonfunctional houseware item that the store cannot replace with any certainty. This is the secnd appliance from Kohls that I’ve gotten a run-around with and I’m slightly less than impressed. One star is being too gracious!
