I'm a big fan of Kohl's, but this location is lacking in some serious attention to detail. Toys are a mess, racks aren't organized. Very dissapointing.

Came in to get a watch fitted. Stood in line and everyone else was getting assisted around me. Finally got to the register and the sales person left and walked right by me w/o asking me if I needed help.. I started complaining and they radioed her back, in which she was standing at the door greeting people. Then they didn't even ask how many links to take out....

In general, I like Kohls. Their website's great, and the things that I have bought at other stores have been great. But this particular location is TERRIBLE. On each of my last 3 visits, the men's section has looked like a trailer park after a tornado. None of the dress pants racks folded, all of them mixed together, most of them missing tags. The suits section was no better, where almost 20% of the pants had fallen off the hangers and were laying on the floor; the suit coats were mixed in intermittently. The dress shirts were mostly in order, albeit with the occasional polo or pack of socks mixed into the display. When I was in here last Sunday, I complained loudly to the staff about it. They said they were sorry, and then continued to stand around some more, looking at their cell phones. No, they didn't hustle off to fix it. My advice is if you want something from Kohls, order it online or drive to Cypress. This location doesn't deserve your money.
