Good place to shop. Can get pricey if youre not mindful of pricing and sales. But here again, its kohls.

Kohls is LITERALLY the only place to shop in Effingham for childrens clothing and the selection is HORRIBLE.  While there is quite a variety in toddler and small boys, I can never find anything in size 8 - 12 in boys.  My son needs a jacket.  I went to Kohls and there was only ONE jacket to choose from and it was thin, flimsy, made in China and would have lasted maybe a day if I would have bought it for him.  PLEASE consider getting a larger, better variety of boys clothing as I do not want to have to drive to Mattoon, Terre Haute or further for find clothes for my son.

Went to return an item which was easy. However, the lady who waited on me seemed to be unaware I was standing on the other side of the counter.  She was very unfriendly and rude.  This is the second time I have experienced this at the customer service desk. How hard is it to smile and speak???

Best clothes shopping in the area. Staff is always very friendly and very helpful. Always good deals on something you want or need!
