   First of all, I love Kohl's, the store in Ft. Walton Beach, and my online account for ordering. I am always greeted with a hearty welcome and if I need help in the store shopping there is someone to help. Online ordering is so easy . A user friendly site that let's you know immediately if your size, color, or quantity is not available. I can also see if something I am buying is available for store pickup, avoiding shipping charges. 
For me, Kohl's is my go to store. I have been shopping at Kohl's for several years and my experience has always been a good one.

I was coming in to exchange a shirt for a different size and Rebecca actually helped me find something that was a better fit and choice for my particular event. She was amazing and energetic and very easy to talk to!

Went shopping today and was going to  use the Veteran's day  coupon and was told that it  was not going to be  honored because  it expired on Friday..the day before Veteran's Day.   VERY DISAPPOINTED   in a  store that I  have been a LOYAL customer  of for eight years.   A Veteran's Day  coupon could not be used ON Veteran's Day .

Prices on discounted items are okay; however, one of the worst selections of clothing out of any Kohls I have visited. The men's section had very few, if any clothes worth buying on sale. Of course this is completely my opinion. Best for purchasing casual clothes on sale, terrible for business casual to professional.

I LOVE THIS STORE!  I BUY ALL MY CLOTHES FROM HERE!  The prices are reasonable and the discounts are outrageous!
